- Broth (salt-free / additive-free)
- 35g
- Water

How to prepare
- Place squash cut into small pieces and a small amount of water in a heat-resistant container, and wrap. Heat it in the microwave oven for about 3 minutes.
- After cooling, remove the skin and mash the squash. Add broth (salt-free / additive-free) little by little to make a paste. (Adjust according to the child's age.)
- Place somen noodles and 120ml of water in a heat-resistant container and heat without wrapping for 5 minutes. (For 500W/600W ovens)
- Cut up somen noodles and mix with ② to complete preparation.
For 5g, the amount of water can be between 80ml to 120ml.
