Message from the President
Thank you for your continued patronage to Kanesu Manufacture Noodles Co., Ltd. My name is Nobuaki Uchiyama, Representative Director and President of Kanesu, a position I have served in since May 2022. Since our founding in 1907, we have supported eating habits in Japan through the manufacture and sale of dry noodles. We have developed a wide variety of noodles with Banshu somen as our main product, and we have conducted food safety initiatives such as acquiring the international certification FSSC22000 in November 2012. In 2018, we joined the Shinmei Group, and we now play a part in the food value chain by engaging in business development. Along with societal and international changes in recent years, our industry also needs to undergo a great transformation. And so for our part, to continue delivering unchanging delicious Japanese dry noodles to our customers, we will always endeavor to produce sustainable growth while cultivating employee diversity without fear of failure. In addition, we will enrich our website with appealing content so that visitors declare, "Dry noodles look so tasty and a lot of fun!" You can count on Kanesu Manufacture Noodles' further progress as we take a new step toward the upcoming era. We wish for your ongoing support. Thank you.
Nobuaki Uchiyama,
Representative Director and President
