How to boil noodles,

How to boil noodles "for beautiful eating,"
as handed down directly from a "hand-stretched noodle craftman"!
Place 100g of noodles loosely in about 1 liter of boiling water in a large pot. Lightly stir the noodles with chopsticks. After boiling, quickly transfer to a colander and thoroughly rinse with running water while rubbing by hand. Enjoy promptly with your favorite noodle sauce and condiments. * Boil for the time indicated for the product. (Refer to the back of the product package.) *Take care when handling hot water, fire, cooking utensils, etc. during preparation.

1. Use plenty of hot water
- Place 100g of noodles loosely in about 1 liter of boiling water in a large pot.

Point: Use plenty of hot water in a large pot!
- Boiling the noodles in a small pot with a small amount of hot water will cause the noodles to stick together into a dumpling-like mass.

2. Use high heat until boiling
- After adding the noodles, use chopsticks to gently stir from the bottom of the pot to keep the noodles from sticking to the pot.
When the water boils again, adjust the heat to prevent overflowing. * Refer to the boiling time indicated on the back of the product.-
Point: The trick is to rinse quickly!
- If you do not quickly cool the noodles after boiling, they will cook through residual heat and will lose firmness.

3. Thoroughly rinse while rubbing
- After boiling, quickly transfer the noodles to a colander and thoroughly rinse while rubbing under running water to remove the slickness from the noodles.
Drain the noodles thoroughly and enjoy with your favorite noodle sauce and condiments.-
Point: Thoroughly remove the slickness of the noodles by rinsing while rubbing!
- Rinse thoroughly while rubbing the noodles against each other. (Repeat 3–5 times)
